The Uttar Pradesh police had filed a case against actress turned politician Jayapradha for violating election code of conduct by hold a secret meeting with RLD leaders in Bijnor constituency from which she is contesting Lok-Sabha elections. Jayapradha was holding a meeting in connection with an attack on her convey by a group of people while she was campaigning in the Bijnor consituencys when the attack took place. The actress alleged that it is a handy work of Samajwadi party workers. The SP leaders unable to digest her winning chances in the coming elections.
